ip scan은
ping을 날려 ip가 살아있는지 확인하는 절차입니다.
인터넷이 먹통이 될 때 확인차 cmd 창에서 ping 을 날리는 것이
프로그램화된 게 다입니다.
ping 명령어로 하면 오래 걸리지만 프로그램으로 하면 금방 확인할 수 있습니다.
IP가 살아있어도 공유기나 방화벽에서 ICMP 차단이 되어있다면 안 될 수 있습니다.
